Media Buying Manager (m/w/d)

Location: Maisach

Your responsibilities include:

  • Identifying the most effective media channel mix for the planned campaigns based on the objectives and target group and overall return on investment.
  • Identifying and analyzing new potential media partners and unique media buying opportunities. Negotiating best media deals both for print and digital programs.
  • Fostering productive relationships with media buying firms and sales representatives from key media outlets.
  • Close coordination with other TTI companies to align on most successful medial channels and to obtain best rates for the TTI Family of Companies.
  • Managing campaigns´ budget to create the best results for TTI and its suppliers.
  • Coordination with TTI marketing team and suppliers, if necessary, to align on aspects on the campaigns to maximise success.
  • Deciding on the best paid media activities to achieve the most successful results for each campaign or activity.
  • Coordinating and overseeing launched campaigns to ensure all timelines are managed and deadlines executed.
  • Managing key metrics and KPI’s to ensure continued success and best ROI. Collecting statistics from all media partners after each campaign to support such KPIs.
  • Creating and evaluating a regular paid media performance report, suggesting further direction and defining performance benchmarks.
  • Monitoring the media marketplace to stay abreast of trends, identifying opportunities and emerging issues, and understanding new technologies.
  • Staying informed about industry trends, best practices, and innovations in digital campaigning including programmatic advertising and data analytics.
  • Leading communication and working together within the TTI MarCom team, and other MarCom teams within the TTI family if required, to ensure that marketing campaigns are launched on schedule.
  • Reviewing new graphic asset submissions and providing feedback on their accuracy
  • Monitoring the media marketplace, identifying new opportunities, and following up on current and further trends incl. creating and monitoring industry media performance benchmarks.
  • What you bring to us:

  • University Degree would be an advantage and at least two to four years of Experience as a Media Buying Manager for B2B in previous position. Ideally experience in media buying related to the electronics industry.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Detailed oriented and good proofing capabilities
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures
  • Strong time and self-management skills
  • Very good organization skills in order to meet deadlines
  • Ability to work in teams with independently with minimum supervision
  • Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals
  • Adapt easily to rapidly changing priorities
  • Fluent in written and spoken English language, additional languages would be advantageous
