At HUGO BOSS, we are looking for a visionary leader to define and develop innovative store concepts and enhance the customer journey across our global brand portfolio. What you can expect: Definition and development of store/shop concepts and the related customer experience in close collaboration with the Board as well as Retail & Sales for the entire HUGO BOSS brand and distribution portfolio. Consideration and orchestration of all relevant levers such as required brand impact, functional needs (retail strategy, customer journey, roll-out feasibility), and agreed investment costs. Inspire and support your team to develop bold, state-of-the-art store designs that can be implemented globally. Guide markets in adopting HUGO BOSS concepts and guidelines, ensuring consistent execution worldwide. Preparation of all required tools to enable the global execution interfaces to roll out the store concepts according to the defined implementation standards. Ensuring global implementation standards as well as training and controlling consistent worldwide execution of our POS. Definition and development of our global window design concepts. Responsibility for space allocations in close collaboration with the retail team in the markets. Your profile: 10+ years of professional experience in the premium/luxury fashion & lifestyle industry. Extensive experience in store design and architecture. Proven ability to inspire, develop, and support managers and teams. Excellent communication skills across all hierarchy levels. A love for numbers and processes to drive both design and commercial success. Professional international experience and a global mindset.
