Key Responsibilities for the Sales Manager (Industrial) Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business growth and revenue targets in the industrial sector. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and networking. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders. Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients. Negotiate and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets. Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored solutions that meet client needs. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic planning. Track and report on sales activities, ensuring alignment with KPIs and objectives. Essential Skills and Qualifications for the Sales Manager (Industrial) Proven experience in industrial sales or a related role. Fluent in German and English , good command of French will be an advantage. Sales experience with distributors and OEMs (required) Strong understanding of industrial products and market dynamics. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve business objectives. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently. Willingness to travel 50% of total work time as required to meet with clients and attend industry events.
