The site of Bietigheim-Bissingen close to Suttgart in Germany is focused on visibility, developing and producing high level Wiper Systems for premium customers. Our department is looking for a VIE Quality Engineer, focused on Warranty cases for 12 months with the chance to extend to 24 months.Your challenges? Management of the Warranty Process, dealing with claims coming from the customerSupport in analyses of warranty cases / returned products and Processing of field returns (recording / feedback via customer portals, correspondence, presentation of the analysis results to the customer)Preparation and implementation of recourse negotiation talks with customersChecking of incoming customer invoices, plausibility checks and calculation of any further charges to suppliersConducting data analysis and statistics Lets talk about youYou have an Engineering and clear quality background/mindset You have a fluent level of EnglishYou have some basics knowledge of GermanIdeally, you have a first automotive experience/warranty experience/first customer contact experienceYou have availability to perform a proper root cause analysis and you are able to apply the QRQC FTA methodYou have good communication skills, have an international mindset and are open-minded to new cultures and new ways of working and thinkingYou are willing to learn and listen, You are humble, listening, positive attitude oriented, professional, and have the sense of diplomacy Please, don't forget to apply in English to facilitate the process with our managers.Why Valeo?
