Finance Application Specialist (m/f/d) - 18909

at Apleona GmbH. The role can be located in various office locations in Germany or on a remote basis (throughout Germany or Europe) with occasional travel to stakeholder meetings although being based in Neu-Isenburg, where the company’s head office is located, is preferred.

Your key responsibilities:

Contact person for various international subsidiaries and key accounts in relation to our central ERP and finance systems
Consulting for Key users in the finance and controlling area to optimise business processes
Support in strategic IT projects, e.g. SAP S4/HANA roll-out
Ensuring ongoing operations and implementing new requirements in the finance area
Supporting our demand management throughout the entire change lifecycle (requirement analysis, technical concept, implementation, go-live)
Customising and documentation of functional enhancements to the central applications
Coordination of system optimisations by our external IT service providers
User training for employees and key users in an international business environment
Sales support for presales activities and tenders

Your Qualifications & Experience:

Successfully completed studies (business) informatics or a comparable qualification.
Several years of professional experience in comparable positions
Experience with SAP Finance or comparable systems (Microsoft Dynamics NAV), experience in the Controlling module is an advantage
Knowledge of facility management processes and related order processing and logistics processes. Ideally already in an international business environment
Advanced knowledge & confident handling of Microsoft Office
Business management understanding of business transactions
IT and finance affinity
Good knowledge of ITIL, IT governance and provider management
Very good written and spoken German and English skills
Hands-on mentality and great motivation as well as willingness to perform
Creativity, innovative spirit and willingness to travel (approx. 20%)
