Empowering people, creating technology.Responsibilities:You work as a project lead / workstream lead in SAP S/4HANA Finance projects within a global matrix organizationYou support the IT demand management process as an application expertYou align with management and functional teams to ensure business process integration and identification of innovative solutionsYou will be responsible for planning, assigning, and monitoring project support, change, service requests and incidentsYou independently implement requirements, specifications, implementations (customizing) of SAP Finance processes and ensure quality, conformity and operationYou ensure smooth SAP S/4HANA Finance & Controlling support with a focus on SAP ControllingYou independently coordinate solution walkthroughs, end-user tests and integration tests together with the finance and controlling departmentQualifications:Completed Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics or comparable10+ years of professional experience in SAP FICO (S/4HANA and SAP ECC)In-depth knowledge of SAP Controlling and experience in integration with other SAP modulesProfessional appearance, proactive and accountable way of working, Team PlayerAbility to work closely with key business stakeholdersExcellent analytical skills and result-oriented approachDemonstrable multinational / multicultural experience in IT project managementStrong verbal and written communication and change management skillsBusiness fluent German and English
