VP/Director People Business Partner – DACH

On behalf of a global professional services firm, Frazer Jones are working on an exciting opportunity for a VP/Director People Business Partner (m/f/d) to join their leadership team in Munich, Germany. This strategic position, within the global matrix organization, will partner with the business as a gatekeeper on all significant people-related decisions and be responsible for developing and executing the people strategy across the region, in line with the organizational goals.Key Responsibilities & Tasks: First point of contact and sparring partner for talent management and development topicsPartner with senior leadership to plan and execute the people agendaDevelop and promote strategies to attract, retain, and motivate employees and improve DEI initiativesLead region wide HRBP projects and ensure alignment with strategy as a trusted and integral part of the leadership teamLiase with respective stakeholders to assess headcount plans, develop hiring strategies, and optimize client engagement resourcingManage issues related to performance, flexible working, and employee feedbackIdentify training needs, develop a career development framework, and review compensation benchmarksManage local HRBP and project teams and coach leaders to develop their people leadership skillsDevelop a deep understanding of the firm’s strategy and communicate it effectively internally and externallyBuild lasting and trusted relationships and interface with internal and external stakeholders Profile: Bachelor’s degree or equivalentMinimum 9 years of professional HR experienceSolid experience in performance management, talent management, organizational development, and change managementStrategic and commercial mindsetFluency in German and EnglishAbility to build credibility and to influence senior stakeholdersExcellent interpersonal skillsTeam player who can be accountable for results, with a streak of independenceStrong leadership, coaching, and judgement skills with an attention to detailHigh ethical, moral, and professional standards The SR Group (Germany) GmbH is acting as an external recruitment agency in relation to this vacancy.
