Lead Consultant - MS Dynamics (m/f/d)

Job DescriptionYour role and ResponsibilitiesIn the role of Lead Consultant, you will support requirement workshops, help define problem statement, review/analyze requirements specifications from the business needs, support creation of to-be flows, fit gap analysis documentation, provide solution alternatives, create detailed design documentation, and testing. For high complexity projects, you will perform configuration, build application/process solution, implement deployment plan and resolve data migration issues and cut-over user issues. You will support knowledge transfer with the objective of providing high-quality and value adding consulting solutions to customers within the guidelines, policies and norms of Infosys. You will be part of a learning culture, where teamwork and collaboration are encouraged, excellence is rewarded, and diversity is respected and valued.Location for this position is anywhere in EU Skills & ExperienceRequired• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. • IT experience in Microsoft Dynamics AX or Dynamics Finance & Operations.• Several years of experience in business analysis or functional consulting in SCM Processes (Order to Cash and Procure to Pay, Inventory to Deliver and Plan to produce)• Should be able to play SCM lead role for customers. • Having a certification on D Finance will be considered as an added advantage. • Strong proficiency across areas of industry knowledge and best practices.• Ability to understand and use advance analysis methods to identify and resolve complex client scenarios.• High impact Communication skills • Business Acumen• Customer Orientation• Planning and Co-ordination skillsPreferred• Knowledge of Proposal building methods• Project Management. • Experience and desire to work in a consulting environment that requires regular travel • Basic domain knowledge of facility management industryThe job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face.
