YOUR TEAM We are looking for a skilled and experienced IT specialist to join our team to establish a Testbench IT on a technical and strategic level. The Testbench IT is responsible for the operation of all IT infrastructure around testbenches. This includes the management and support of hardware, software and user accounts. Our goal is to satisfy the needs of our users and developers as a service oriented Testbench IT. WHAT YOU WILL DO You develop the future enterprise architecture to operationalize the Testbench strategy of our organizationImplement, configure, upgrade, and maintain Testbench IT infrastructure including hardware-systems and application components as well as provide support during customer inquiriesMonitor all tasks in Testbench IT, including applications and systems, and resolve or escalate issuesEvaluation of existing Testbench processes for feasibility for future test operationsAct as an interface within the group and steer multiple partners and service providers and monitor the availability of all supported servicesWork with other teams like security, risk and quality to ensure all processes und development around Testbench IT are implemented securely and operating effectively WHO YOU ARE Bachelor's or master's degree in engineering computer science, business informatics or a related field with preferably at least two years of professional experience in IT-support & -serviceExpertise in defining IT strategies, operationalizing technology requirements and managing complex projectsStrong analysis skills, good attention to detail, curiosity and very good technical understandingExcellent communication and reporting skills in German and English for technical and non-technical audience, including scope definition and resource managementHigh degree of resilience in the face of unexpected resistance and events NICE TO KNOW Remote work optionsTemporary work from abroad in selected countriesFlextime / optional working hoursCompany pension planAnnual professional developmentSabbatical option up to 6 months30 days paid + 10 days unpaid leave
